Get a quote from Metric Motors in California. For my OM606 they want like $650, plus parts if anything is bad. Prechambers are expensive , so are valves if you need new ones. Guessing around 850.00...

I would pull the plugs and put some marvel oil...

I would pull the plugs and put some marvel oil down in there, then rotate with the starter without plugs. That gets oil pressure up and lubes the rings etc.
