This post has taught me something. I did not realize that the earlier Mercedes diesels were so slow on top end. I thought 118 was slow for my car but I guess it's not. I regularly run 80-90...

1995 S-350 will go 118 mph. Tachs out at around...

1995 S-350 will go 118 mph. Tachs out at around 4500 rpm's. Does not feel fast at all at this speed. Heavy car.
