I had all four regulators out and cleaned them on the bench. Two had broken slides so I replaced them and lubed the tracks, gears and semicircular piece with white lithium grease. I used too much...

I'd swap switches to make a quick check. If that fails I'd pull the door panel and visually check the condition of the regulator. Next check the motor by running wire(s) from the battery.
