That is exactly the problem ,getting acess to the back and the third bolt holding the motor. Do I have to remove the forward channel and remove the glass from the door. HELPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!

Would you please give a bit more detail as to hhow to get at the bolts holding the motor. I have a 1973 and I unbolted the X-Sissor mechanism and let it hang down and I still can't get to the bolts...
