I calculate that I average around 150 hours...

I calculate that I average around 150 hours between oil changes based on 5000K mile oil changes. If I would extend my oil changes to 7500K mile intervals then this would correspond to about 225...

I suggest the Mobil 1 at 3K mile change intervals. If too much sludge is dislodged too quickly it may cause screens/oil passages to plug up.
