190E 16V won't start

I just replaced the fuel pump. I have fire to the plugs, and fuel to each cylinder, but still no start. I did mess around with the fuel mixture (the one that uses to allen wrench)on the top of the trottle body. I screwed it up and got it out of phase. Any suggestions? Better yet, if any of you experts here in Atlanta, GA would like to come down to Stockbridge, GA to help me with my car, I will gladly pay a service fee. Anyone interested, please advise.
