AMG Monoblock 2s..

Hi there...
does anyone know how much AMG monoblock 2s, 17"x7.5 and 17"x8" weigh?

are they considered light weight?

i read that reducing rim weigh is the BEST place to lighten the car since the HP is directed there...

The Aero II Monoblock wheels in 17" weigh approximately 24.5 lbs. The AMG wheels are not notably light weight but, are definately not excessively heavy either. The weight reduction that you are hearing about is called unsprung weight and does dramatically effect performance and horsepower. availability.
