Donnie and Bill,
Bill you said "our primary reason for being is to provide the free technical support that's available here in the Shop Forum. In order to "pay the bills" we decided to sell parts rather than charge a membership fee to access the Shop Forum." What do you think about putting the previous posts of the Shop Forum and making them available on CD ROM for all members? Could be another pay the bills idea. You could ask members and get advance orders. There are companies that will burn CD's inexpensively. As long as they are reasonably priced I think you would get orders. It could be part of the Parts Shop Merchendise. There is a wealth of information here in the Archives and it would be faster to access than the Net. Not all of us have high speed access. Coning to you on Verizon at the awesome speed of 24,000 bps with a 56K modem. We are really in the boons out here. Gary |

Hi Gary-
Actually, we have been considering this for quite some time. At some point we plan to do it. All it takes is time! Now that we have everything in a MySQL database, much of the task is complete. One thing we still need to figure out is how to include all of the images that are linked in the Shop Forum to other sites.
