Just got feedback from Steve i don't understand.
Dome light only comes on when i open the pass. side door.Steve's reply was an [open diod in the seat belt modual.I do not know where the seat belt modual is.Can someone help an electronicly chalanged person and tell me where this modual is,what it looks like and how to fix it? Help here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Follow Steve's diagnosis...even though you don't understand, it is probably spot on.
I don't know if the search function is fully restored, if it is doing a search on "diode" or "faulty seat belt module" should bring up a number of posts. Some may even have a how-to repair or how-to replace diodes at home.

Yes, the seatbelt warning relay is at fault. It's a small black relay, about 1" by 2". Part number 004-545-07-32. On your car, I believe it's located above the brake pedal.

I just unpluged the seat belt warning relay,and the dome light still comes on on the pass. side.Am i barking up the wrong tree?

The reason the left side don't work is often the circuit as it passes through the seat belt module is open. The passenger side light switch goes straight to the light. Pulling the module has no effect on the right side but makes sure the left side don't work.
Look at the wiring diagram and follow the door switch circuit for the left side. The reason this all happens is they use the same switch for two different circuits: dome light and seat belt warning.
