Going bad when restarting hot

Hello all.
My 190E 2.3 (injection, 8v, 1992) has an extrange behaviour: The car starts easily when cold, a bit rough but it smooths in 2 or 3 seconds. When I drive the car so it gets warm, if I stop the engine and in the next minutes I restart it again, the idle is extremely low for some time, sometimes it even stalls. This only happens when the car is hot. What can be the cause?

Plenty of tips/tricks if you do a search on "stalling". Good luck!
