Question Here's a good one

Recently purchased a 1972 280SE 4.5 liter. Exceptional condition. 2 months after purchase I started having trouble with signal loss to #2 and & #7 fuel injectors. Here's the weird part, Start up the engine for the first time of the day and the car runs great. Can drive all over and never have a sputter. Stop somewhere and turn off the engine and come back later and the engine feels like it is running on 6 cylinders. Have checkedall ignition componants and have not found anything wrong.Have narrowed it down to a fuel injection problem.Have checked all injectors with a noid light and the 2 and 7 injectors have no signal to either injectors. Have checked the wiring harness from the injector connectors all the way to the ECU and have found no fault in wiring. Question is, where should I go from here?
