Mixture control or throttle housing QUESTION? 190E 2.3-16

Well here it is, I found out the switch that goes in the body is broken and disconnected, so I wrote to several junkyards, And they ask me if I want the body and the switch or just the switch.
The question is, Is this switch, that goes screwed on the body, easy or at list possible to replace?
Or should I get the whole body and switch?
A mercedes 300E also has this same system

Exclamation

You want the complete housing with sensor attached. VERY difficult to replace sensor only & have fuel mixture/idle work correctly.

Are you talking abou the switch on the side of the throttle body? It has a small range of adjustment. Can I assume you have tried to adjust with no luck?

the switch broke, and it has been imposible to find used, some people told me that the body with the switch attached to it, from a 300E will work exactly the same.
