Can air shocks be installed on my 89 420?

Does anyone know if air shocks can be installed on my 89 420. I installed air shocks on my old GM car 30 years ago after getting tired of the tail dragging if the fuel tank was full, or if two sat in the back seat, or if the trunk was full of stuff. No to mention if two or more of these happened at the same time.
The 420 rides perfect with two in the front and 1/2 tank of fuel. Change that combination and the tail will set low.
Air shocks or shocks with the springs on them would do the job, if those are made for MB.
