Is this a problem?
Where the Guide Rod goes into the Track Rod Mount the rubber cover is hard and cracked open.I have a picture, but don't know how to post it.Sorry

I got that same message when I tried to put up that screen shot. I wish the picture size limitation were a bit larger on this forum. You'll have to make the picture smaller with photo editing software. Shrink your pic to a size that won't be a problem.

I suspect the track rod bushing is bad or going bad. Put a new boot on when the bushing is replaced, not worth replacing just the boot, probably.
