Alternator Upgrade

I'm soon to be in the process of doing the following for my 1989 300CE:

1. Euro 500e or e500 head lights
2. Relay Kit
3. Fog Lights
4. Sound System

and I already have:

1. Clifford alarm and remote starter
2. OPTIMA Red Top 34/78 battery (2 Days old)

I'm thinking I want to upgrade my alternator. This is what I have now:

Engine -----Application-------Year --------Amp kW/HP - Sys Mf - Plug Conf. - Reman Alt.
3.0l-L6 ------300CE ---------89-88 --------70----------BO ------ B15 -------AL65X --------(*108)

BO=BOSCH

*108 -BOSCH/VALEO Notice of Interchangeability
This alterantor came as original equipment in both Bosch and Valeo versions. The two types of units are different in physical appearance, but are totally interchangeable in both fitment and appearance.

Which one of these will fit? What modifications might I have to do to the pulley or plug or anything else?

MIght want to ask DaveM from Idaho. I seem to remember him as putting a 150 amp alternator in his 87 W124 diesel.

I have no idea what the answer is to your question, but that is undoubtedly the best looking post I have ever seen.
