How do I reset the OBD/clear fault on a 95 SL320?

My check engine light came one, and I'd like to try and clear the code to see if it comes back before taking it to the shop? Can I clear this myself? if so, how?

1995 SL320. thanks!

I have a 96 with OBDII, I don't know if this will work, but I disconnect the battery and then reconect it, neg side. Also be sure you have your radio code. Good luck
