compression test specs

Hello-
I have a 93 300TE 4-matic with 222k miles. I am looking for the acceptable compression test range for this engine, as well as the acceptable limits between wet and dry tests.
I am getting dry results from 186psi to 193psi and wet results from 193 to 201.
Also, do I have a 3.0L or 3.2L?
Thanks

Sounds pretty normal to me, no problems there.
I think that is a 3.2L

Very good compression. They are supposed to all be within 10% of each other and you are well within that range with very high numbers.

What sort of trouble are you having to cause you to do a compression test?

Have a great day,

Since the difference between dry and wet is so slight, I'd say the rings are in good shape, but I have the same question. Why are you doing a compression test?

I thought the 4-Matic always had the M103, even after the normal wagons had the M104 starting 1993.

Thanks for the info. Nothing wrong with the car. I just wanted to see how she was holding up.
