Well, I did a search and there is alot of info. on stuck keys.
I did not see anything specific to an ML(mostly older MB's).

I have a 2000 ML 320 The ignition key will not come out, the car starts and runs fine the key just will not come out when I shut the car off.

I have tried:

1-jiggling the shift lever.
2-turning the steering wheel back and forth.
3-foot on brake and foot OFF brake
4-E brake on and off.

I have read there is an interlock to the shifter and that it is easy to adjust, but did not see anything on how to adjust it.
Any help would be appreciated.

try pushing the lever farther forward into park and see if it will release. i have the adjusting procedure if you need it i can fax it, send me an email.
