I drove the car while monitoring the control signal to that side of the duovalve. With no problem I saw no problem.
The only thing the your data tells me is that the heater valve did go open, everthing else is fine. Whether it responded to a command or just did it is the last piece of the puzzle. On my car there the SDS did not show the command nor give capability to initiate the command.

Well, it has been a little too cold to work on this outside (I have no garage) lately so it has gone without further attention. I believe I have located the duovalve though, on the passenger side of the engine compartment up on the bulkhead to the isolated electrical equipment area.
I have noticed the problem can be stimulated to happen with a good extended squashing of the throttle pedal. Almost an instantaneous response. Jim
