The whole engine cover snaps off.

Lift up the front piece, pull up from the front to release. It will stay hinged to the larger engine cover.

Pull the two tubes out from the cover housing. ( these two tubes also pull away at the the crossbar over the radiator.

To lift the large cover, it is beat to stand on the side of the car, and pull up with a quick jolt. Step around to the other side to release that side the same way.

The two air filter elements are accessed by removing the screws on the underside of the cover.

To replace large cover, add a bit of rubber protectant ( lube ) to the rubber balls on the engine that the cover snaps onto.

First, press fit the cover onto the mass airflow tube, it is important for that to be secure. The bring down the rest and snap down.

Refit the air tubes.
