Partial Center Console Illumination Failure W124

Hello,

I've searched but cannot find the answer. My '86 300E has lost illumination to only the Temperature Control wheel and the driver's side 3 Climate Control Buttons. It was in and out intermittently for a day before going totally south. Is this a bulb of it's own or is it connected to the fiber optic octopus?
