Will Rotors and calipers from 72 220d fit 74 240d?

In starting to go through the 74 240d 4-speed I found the pads gone and the rotors in terrible condition.
My 220d rust bucket is supposed to have all new calipers and I am assuming this means good pads and rotors, if they are good will they fit the 74 240?
I need to check the bearings anyway, any reason not to change the rotors, calipers and pads from one to the other and flush the brake system and repack the bearings at the same time?
Anything specfic I should know about from the 72 220d that will not fit the 74 or the 76 240d's?
Thanks for the help,
Brian

The parts should interchange without problems. They are both 115 bodies.
Go for it!

Thanks, the parts all changed out fine, I need to finish bleeding the brakes tomorrow but otherwise they seem to be good.

Thanks again.
