Which brakes?
I would like to get a set of good brake pads/rotors. what brands are the best?
Preferably the ones that dont sqeal

My research concluded 2 viable choices:
Stock OE Textar Yellow Box pads + Balo Rotors

Use stock OE pads and rotors because not much different between the price on OE or OEM brake parts.
