'94 E320 Wagon trouble turning over
My wife's 1994 E320 wagon has an intermittent starting problem. At times, it will just not turn over (almost like it's out of gas). The funny thing is that after letting it sit for a couple hours, it will start right up again, and then it's fine again. It happened several times in one week several months ago, and then normal operation for several months. The mechanic couldn't find anything wrong, but then again it was starting fine when we brought it in. Pesky little bugger. Another observation that I have made is that it seems like it happens more after the car has started, runs for a couple minutes, and then turned off (like in car line at the kids school). When she tries to start it again, it just doesn't turn over. I'm thinking a fuel problem but what do I know.
Any help would be appreciated. David '86 300E '94 E320 Wagon Last edited by dbreda; 12-16-2004 at 02:35 PM. |

Give it a tap next time it won't stsrt also, check the fuse on top.. Use the search as my typing hands refuse to do OVPs anymore... |
