Changing of Spark Plugs for '96 E320

Help!!! I've been searching for step-by-step pictures of how to change spark plugs for my '96 E320. If you have the info, please share with us. Questions (1) How often do I need to change? 30K or 60K miles? I think manual says 30K for '96 E320 but I know of one guy who does not change his after 60K miles and he does not notice any performance problems (2) Do you use OEM or any benefits using higher performance plugs? I always use OEM plugs on my '87 Camry and '94 Mercury Villager van.
Thanks

OEM is fine - DO NOT USE PLATINUM plugs.

Anywhere between 30 and 60k is fine too. Inspect them - if they are worn replace em.
