Arrow re-built transmission problem

Had a factory rebuilt transmission put in and had a noise checked out by a reputable independent (benz specialist), who later told me there was something wrong with the governor (either not attached or broken) and it was causing a clicking sound. The transmission is still under warranty so I took it back to the shop who replaced it and was told nothing was wrong (shop doesn't specialize in mercedes). Can anyone recommend a shop in sacramento, ca to have the car checked out? I'm afraid something will happen after the warranty expires. Any sounds or behaviors I should look out for?
