1992 m103 cold start issue
Happy New Year Guys!
Been having an increasingly harder time to start first thing in the morning. Seems only on 1st startup of the day. The colder the day, the longer it takes for the engine to fire. Only on first start of the day, rest of the day is fine it seems. I turn key only and wait for engine to fire and catch, no gas pedal. Sometimes seems to take 30 secs or more of cranking. Car runs well, no idle issues, no misses. Its more an annoyance than anything but not sure if one day it will crank for ever and not fire. Appreciate any help. Thanks, Jeff |

Have you tried the EHA adjustment? do a search. I recently did it and it greatly improved cold starting.

Hi Schumi,
I searched and saw a post from Norm (Nglitz) on how to adjust the EHA Is that the adjustment you tried? Was your cold start worse on the colder days as well? Seems fairly easy to try. Let me know. Thanks, Jeff |

coolant temp sensor?
Also heard it could be a sensor.
Not sure which one. Like to order one from fastlane, can someone verify which one relates to the fuel issue I have so I can order the right one. Thanks, Jeff |
