Replacing combination switch in '86 300E - DIY job?
The windshield wiper / turn signal switch on our '86 300E is broken beyond repair, and needs to be replaced. Is this something I can do myself, or should I take it to a shop?
Is there a tutorial anywhere about how to do this safely? I'm most concerned about damaging or activating the airbag...
Any tips?
