Safe wattage H 7 100 watts bulb?????

I have a W 210 1999 with H 7 55 watts high light bulb. Can I put 100 watts bulbs in the lights,or will it demage the reflector / wiring. Have someone used 100 watts bulb in the light for a longer time? Or have someone seen a melt down on the light? Some says ,don't use it, but have they seen the demage theyself?
In my W 126, I have used 100 watts bulb many years, and no degage on the reflector.
