Differential cross reference - ASR equipped e320

I need a new rear for a ASR equipped 95 E320 wagon. Will any 124 dif fit? Or do I need an ASR equipped one.

Will I need any special tools to remove/replace the unit. I would like to replace the bushings while I'm there.
