Does anyone know if the fog light lens on a 2004 CLK 500 is able to be replaced or does the entire unit need to be replaced?

it looks like they are available left is # 203-826-01-90 and
Right is 203-826-02-90. i cannot be completely certain without your vin number, but i looked them up under the CLK 500 in a 209 chassis.

Thanks to this forum I was able to get the replacement lens through Fast Lane. Does anyone know how to get the light out in order to replace the lens?
