I would replace the OVP. Its a common problem. Have you tried shaking it? Does it make any noises? It should not. Even with a correct voltage reading, I wouldn't leave it alone. Its relatively cheap and can solve alot of problems.

Code 4 on #8 is for MAF ??

What is the OVP? Where is it located? Actually I may be wrong. Pin#8 code 4 is for Hot film mass flow sensor. I was able to clear the code. I drive it today and see what happens.

The OVP is located behind the cover behind the battery in the engine compartment.When it goes bad it can cause many problems.
