Exclamation Relays 300TE

I have an 88' 300TE Wagon 132,000 on it and have been having weird electrical problems. The car was just serviced did a new head gasket, valve job and a couple other new parts, and replaced the OVR. The last problem was with my alternator, the wire fell off ya they didn't tighten the nut up. Well after that a couple dash lights went out. I pulled the instrument cluster out and checked and replaced most of the bulbs and put a new fuse in. Ok now a new problum has started. Yes all the wires are plug in. When I turn the key on the left side dash lights don't light up , well some times they do and some times they don't. That is the battery, E Brake, low brake pad, low oil, cooling, low gas light, also when they don't come on my oil gauge does not work. Is there a relay that turns them on and off. When the temp is at 20 or lower they will come on in the morning not all the time, and as the temp gets warmer they don't work at all. I have checked all the fuses. This is driving me nuts.
