Thanks for the reply Bluesky . I've checked every wheel well but could not find the canister . I disconnected a hose from the (MOT) valve and blew into it which I think leads to the canister but the hose leads all the way back to the fuel tank .Could it be around the fuel tank ? And if it is how does it look like ?Thanks again .

Typically Mercedes "hid" the canister behind the plastic fender liner, so it's not actually visible from the wheel well or the engine bay. I belive the liner has to be removed to access the canisters.
