CLK Auto
I had a temporary problem yesterday when the car wouldn`t shift up in Auto. It seemed to be in first gear and wouldn`t change even when I changed `manually`It went into Neutral and reverse ok. After switching off the ignition and trying later it was fine. I wonder if anyone knows whether there is a solenoid or electrical component that might be causing this which I could replace or does the car need to go into the main dealer ?
I would be grateful for any help. |

OF course the next step is having a computer (MB) connected the the trans computer on your car to find the problem (read codes).
