420 SEL Start in Neutral

420 SEL Start in Neutral

On my 420 SEL, I have to start the engine while the transmission is in neutral. I believe that there is a "switch of some sort" (technical lingo

) that will cure this issue.

Anyone know what I'm talking about? Can you help me with a fix?
