It was -10 this morning, and my turn column was a bit stiff. After making a hard left turn, the turn signal column would not return to its off position. I then noticed it would not move up into the right turn position at all, it seems to be locked out of that position. Hi- beam works fine. Any ideas? I have a 1984 380se, Thanks

What type of tool do I need to remove the steering wheel? It looks like a large allen wrench might work. Also, is the switch repairable, or should I replace it from the partshop if available, Thanks again
