W115 240D Wheel Bearing Replacement

I am hearing a suspicious noise whn on the highway and suspect wheel bearing problem(s). Would anyone be able to provide a description of the manner of removal and replacement of the wheel bearings? I am not certain of the removal of the inner set of front bearings, and cannot remember how to remove the rear ones.

Also, any advice on grease for these would be greatly appreciated.
