My car is a CLK 320 Auto, W208 1999 model. When I took a right turn after, moving from traffic lights. The BAS/ASR light came on and has been on since permanently and the cruise control does not work either. After reviewing the posts on this web site, I have checked the brake lights etc. and everything works as expected. The car has been regularly maintained and I have had no problems with it. It has done just less than 38,000 miles. Has anyone had this problem? Any help on this would be appreciated.
