Hey guys,
Looking for hopefully an easy answer here... I'm installing a new windshield washer nozzle (passenger side) on the hood of my 1989 300E. The old one had burnt or short-circuited out. I had no idea these were heated. Cool. ![]() Anyway, I bought the new part, which looks like this - ![]() Simple enough. As you can see, it has two wires that need to be connected. One end connector is bare and the other end is encased in a plastic shield. Both are male type connectors and are indentical, other than the plastic shield. The old washer nozzle had a wire coming into it and TWO wires coming out. Here is a pic of the old, burnt nozzle. As you can see, there is a brown wire going in and a brown and black wire exiting. ![]() and here is the driver's side (functioning) nozzle for reference as well. ![]() So the question is, which wires go where? Tried my CD manuals but no info there. I'm assuming I'll have to solder these? Any help, much appreciated - thanks! C.

You have the wrong replacement nozzles. Your car has the heated washer bottle, and you must buy the nozzles for a car equipped with such.
