torque for water pump
Changing the water pump on my 1998 C230 this week. Does anyone know the torque spec. for bolting the pump to the motor?
Thanks in advance, Matt |

Matt:
One [non-elegant] way to get a approx torque value is to use a clicker type wrench and starting at a low value try to tighten one of the bolts.. if it clicks - then the value is higher... Another method is to call a good shop and just ask them.. I don't know if my Haynes manual has the info > will check tonight |
