Amount of oil for 86 560 sel

Hey, i have been using my dads 86 560 sel for a while and wanted to change the oil before I return it to him and was wondering how much oil it takes as well as anysuggestions on the best type of oil to get for it. I know in my 300 sd it takes 8 quarts, but I wasnt sure with this one as it doesnt have a manual with it. Thanks.
