I'm looking to purchase an 83 300cd but the owner says that it needs the rear control arm replaced. At retail this goes for $1200-1400. Would this be a part that i could get a reliable replacement from a junkyard?

OK - after i posted this up, the similar threads appeared below and i'm reading up on them - found out they are also known as trailing arms....
