My 190E's approaching 100,000 miles after 4 years (and 35,000 miles of driving by only me) and rapidly now that I commute 45 miles to and from work each day. It is now 19 years old.

What can you suggest I do for its 100,000 mile celebrations? I plan a wash/polish, ideally an oil/filter change, and some time between then and now to clean the interior, although I keep it pretty clean anyway.

There was an old John Denver song that idicated that after his car hit 100K he "got out and pushed it a mile". Guess a 190 would be easier to push than my SDL

Get a nice Riesling (it's hard to find bad ones these days) chilled to perfection and then give a toast to Mr. Bruno Sacco for his radical design and Dr. Kurt Enke for developing the revolutionary 5 link rear suspension.

Getting close to a high mileage award from Mercedes. Just printed the application for my cars first HM award. MB Classic

He's about 4 years away at that pace.
