Changing Spark Plugs in my 2001 C320

*2001 C320*
2 weeks ago i noticed a very slight skip in the engine, over the last couple weeks the skip has become progressivley worse, not to the point of stalling, just making the car shake.

I ordered 12 bosch platinum 4 sprak plugs for the car. How hard is the plugs to change? Any cautions or tips? Recomended tools?

I have 80k miles on the car and to my knowledge they have never been replaced.
