Want to rebuild blower motor (W124)

isnt it funny how when summer hits, there is a surge in A/C related questions?

anywho, i'll make this quick. On a 94 E420 the blower motor doesnt turn on. All fuses check so I have no other option but to assume something it up with the motor. so....when I take the motor out...what do I check? what do I replace? how do I rebuild it, and where do I get the stuff to do it?

EDIT: oh and whats a "blower motor resistor?" where is it and how do I check its functionality?
