I would like to change the serpentine belt on my 98 E320. Is it a matter of detenting the idler pulley (that's how I did it on my old S-10). Anybody want to tell me exactly how the serpentine belt is replaced (so I don't break something in the process)? Thanks. And, if anybody can tell me if the sunroof cable on this car can be replaced from "up top", (i.e., no headliner removal) I would appreciate that, too. As for the AC, it works when the outside temp (or the car is cool), but not in the heat of the day. Spark plugs? When they get here from "Fastlane", I'm gonna try to put then in. Any problems to watch-out for (other than pulling on the wires instead of the boots), and what has to be removed, air cleaner, etc would be appreciated. Tires? I put a set of Yokohamas on the car (225/50/16) a year ago.....performance tires that were great for about 5000 miles, and now they're shot. Yeah, a stupid move on my part. Anybody got an opinion on the Bridgestone Potenza RE 950? Don't tell me Michelin Pilot Sport A/S.....just cause I drive this car, I ain't made of money! Thanks to all suggestions and opinions.
