225-40ZR18 on a 94s500

I have a 94 S500 with original 235/60/R16 rims. Will the 225-40-R18 AMG rims fit on my car? They are offset 25MM apart in the front and the rear is offset 44mm. What issues come with upgrading the size of a tire, is the ride rougher, how is the speedometer altered is it even?....Does anyone have any idea?
