The retractor reels for the rear seats seem to have two settings: when the ignition is off, the tension is high so that the seatbelts are snugged up and out of the way. When the ignition is on the tension is loosened so the pampered souls can move about relatively unencumbered. One retractor, however, is so loose in the latter mode that the shoulder portion of the belt hangs too loosely. Suggestions?
