blower motor does not work/ at times does come on/ rarely/...cool/ cold air comes out when driving at high speed...seems just enough cool air that is forced through the vents...is there any self diagnostic help...

Try the search feature! Electronic blower regulator is the most common problem! The C208 chassis uses the same blower system as the W202 C-class.
